At just 29 years old, State Representative Taylor Collins is helping lead a national movement—right from the Iowa State Capitol.

Managing his family farm in Mediapolis, a small business owner and now chair of the House Higher Education Committee, Taylor joined me in-studio for a powerful interview that dives deep into the legislative battle against DEI indoctrination, gender ideology, and the silent war being waged in our schools and universities.

“We’ve reached a tipping point.”

From the moment the cameras started rolling, it was clear that Rep. Collins understands what’s at stake: taxpayer-funded programs that divide, confuse, and dismantle the very foundations of our state’s values.

We talked about:

  • HF 856 and HSB 60 — legislation to eliminate DEI bureaucracy and stop public money from funding ideology

  • The behind-the-scenes negotiations in the House and Senate—including the controversial private college exemption

  • The veto of the property rights bill and how it impacts Iowans on the ground

  • The real roots of the gender identity social contagion and how we can stop it

We’ve been on the front lines.

For years now, Iowans for Freedom has been at the center of this fight—educating legislators, organizing rallies, pushing legislation, and sounding the alarm before it was politically safe to do so.

It’s why I’m running for Dallas County Supervisor—because we need local leaders who:

ree
  • Aren’t afraid to go against the grain

  • Will stand up to mandates and ideological capture

  • Already have the coalitions and credibility to move the needle

💬 This is a conversation every Iowan needs to hear.

This episode isn’t just policy talk—it’s a glimpse into the future of Iowa leadership. Rep. Collins represents a rising generation of public servants who don’t just talk the talk—they roll up their sleeves and get to work.
